Rain test equipment can be used to determine the following environmental impacts related to rain, water spray and dripping:

A: Effectiveness of preventing water from penetrating into the protective cover, shell and sealing gasket of the equipment;

B: The ability of the equipment to meet its performance requirements when and after exposure to water;

C: Any physical damage to the equipment due to rain;

D: The effectiveness of any water removal device;

E: Check the effectiveness of equipment packaging.
